Anya Volz hails from Vermont. Now, she is an New York City based comedian. From all across America the audience has described Anya Volz's comedy as amazing and funny, but not at all preachy. Anya Volz started her career in the local community theaters as a child and continued to pursue her interest in the arts through her teens. Anya Josephine Marie Taylor Joy was an actor. Her mother hails from Spanish as well as English origin. Four of her siblings belong to her father's former marriage. Her family is initially from Buenos Aires, but moved to Victoria at the age of 6. Taylor Joy says that moving was extremely stressful. Taylor Joy was unable to study English and hoped she could move back to Argentina. Hill House became her school of choice after Taylor-Joy was ordered to move schools. She then enrolled at Queen's Gate School and studied ballet while acting in the school's plays. After dropping out at 16, Taylor-Joy pursued a full-time acting profession. At a very young age, Taylor-Joy was aware of her desire to be an actor and her dreams came true when she was approached for a modeling gig from Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
