Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my amazing fianc JP and extremely happy Dad Henry. A lot of people know my username as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my adventures ranging from highs and lows. When I was in 1990, I moved to America together with my brother and parents as I reached the age of one and a half. Without my parents' love of dedication and hard work, I probably wouldn't even be here sharing my story. To give them an opportunity to live a successful future, I focused on my goals and worked hard in order to reach it. My mind could see the path I wanted to take for my future. Go to college and graduate. Be married. Purchase a home. Have kids. My goal was to attend college, graduate and get a corporate job. Then I'd get married to buy a home and then have children. Life had other ideas. The money and the status of my job did not make me happy. I was convinced that I was wasting my life to earn an income. I possessed a love of fitness and being social and helping others when I was navigating the new direction in my life. I discovered my passion for personal training. In 2014, I started my own small business and it will be the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. Since I am an Asian woman in the industry, there are very few. My goal is to be a change maker within the business to offer quality coaching to empower people to live a more healthy and happier them by creating an environment that is sustainable and meets their personal needs and goals. Additionally, I aim to motivate others to follow the goals they have set for themselves so that they can achieve what they would like to accomplish. As my career began to take off, I experienced the greatest loss of my life to datein the death of my Mom. She fought a long and arduous struggle with scleroderma, and is resting in Heaven and is with me in my thoughts and my heart all the time. Life's lessons can be hidden from us yet they can prove extremely valuable. My mother's death changed me so much and I am convinced that she offered me another chance to live my life. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance give me a second chance to live a happy, fulfilled and fulfilling life. The thing I'm feeling now as I enter my 30s, is a feeling of awe and vitality. It's as if I am truly living, and not just existing. My experiences are shared with my readers so that I am able to share with you my experiences and words. It will allow you to feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. You are capable of achieving anything you want in your life. Therapy is vital as is regular. The health of a person is the most important asset. My prayer is to live your life fully and that your death be without regrets, as that's the only thing that we have to be confident about in this life.
