Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actress born on the 26th of May 1978 at Campinas Sao Paulo. Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009), and A Indomada (1997) are among her numerous credits as an actress. Ana Paula Oliveira became a participant in the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in March of 2020. She manages the Assassination Witness and is a member of GI-TOC's Multilateral Engagement Team. As part of her role with GI TOC, she focuses on assassinations - including disappearances in addition to violence of different kinds in the contexts of illicit economies. Her interests in research also focus on the effects of organized criminality on human rights, as well as the impact of policies and laws. Ana Paula received an LL.M.cum honors degree in International Law, from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. She holds obtained an LL.M. qualification from the School of Public Law as well an MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula is a graduate from her school at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with the degree of magnacum laude in Legal Sciences and Social Sciences. After four years of working time at an international law firm, she is licensed as an attorney. She has also held assisting roles with non-governmental organizations located at Rio de Janeiro, and Geneva.
